With the rapid development of China's infrastructure,the demand for composite earth pressure balance shield machines in China is increasing.As an important part of the shield machine,the cutter head needs to be specifically designed in accordance with the geological adaptability.In this paper,a composite earth pressure balance shield machine is taken as the research object,and the cutter head structure,cutter head torque calculation,geological adaptability simulation,and display rules of cutting-tool are studied to develop a parametric auxiliary design system for the cutter head of the shield machine.Firstly,the mechanism of the torque of the cutterhead of the shield is researched,the factors affecting the torque of the cutterhead are analyzed,and the theoretical calculation model of the cutterhead torque is established.Combined with the actual engineering application,the torque value of each part of the cutterhead is calculated and compared with the measured engineering data to verify the correctness of calculation model.Secondly,based on the design theory of the cutter head opening form and the theory of fluid mechanics,a CFD numerical simulation model was established,and the influence of construction parameters and opening form on the cutter head driving performance and earth chamber pressure was analyzed.which provides a reference for the subsequent parameterized design of the cutter head structure.Then,the cutting-tool types and cutting-tool configuration methods of the earth pressure balance shield machine are analyzed and summarized.Based on the cutting mechanism of the shield tool and the force load,the rules of shield cutting-tool layout are studied to provide a basis for the tool layout module in the auxiliary system.Finally,the requirements and design goals of the auxiliary design system are analyzed,the system design plan is planned,and the core technology of system design is researched.The secondary development platform of Solidworks software and VB.NET as the development programming language are used to develop parametric auxiliary design system for the cutter head of the shield machine.the combined with the actual engineering project,applies the developed parametric auxiliary design system of the shield cutter head to design the target cutter head,which provides a reference basis for the research of the cutter head design system.
