Technology Research Of Shieldmachine Cutterhead Modification And Application

The shield machine has been localized in China,and its ownership ranks first in the world.When shield is need in other engineering and should transit,in order to adapt to the new formation,cutterhead need to be transformed aiming at new project due to shield cutterhead design mainly for a particular formation.The transformed cutterhead of shield machine can increase its adaptability to stratum,save the cost,reduce the difficulty of construction.Researching on the cutterhead geological adaptability design theory,the cutter transformation theory and manufacturing technology in this subject,the main work is as follows:(1)The analysis of the research background and the domestic shield development status.(2)Summarize the geological conditions of Harbin metro project,point out the requirements of the different geological conditions of shield cutter,analysis the original defects of shield cutterhead according to the geological conditions.(3)Put forward the principle and scheme of original shield cutter transformation,and begin transforming cutterhead in accordance with this program.(4)Establish the cutterhead three-dimensional model according to the stress condition of the shield tunneling conditions,analysis the cutterhead of finite element simulation and its results.(5)Contrast the tunneling parameters before and after the transformation,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of transformation,and provide a reference for similar reform scheme of shield machine in the future.
