A construction hoist is a construction machine which is used to carry man or objects, moving up and down along the rail. It is mainly used in the building construction, especially widely used in high-rise building construction or repair. Since the reform and opening up, China's construction industry is booming, especially the number of high-level or ultra-high-rise building is increasing; the requirements for the performance of the construction hoist is enhanced correspondingly, so it is necessary to develop various kinds of new type construction hoist. With the development of hydraulic technology, a hydraulic construction hoist which use combustion engine—hydraulic power as its driving system emerged abroad. The character of Hydraulic drive system is its stepless speed regulation and smooth braking and startup, its speed can be as high as 96m / min, when using the internal combustion engine as a power, you will not be bounded by cables, so it can be used in areas without power or ultra-high-rise building construction and maintenance. The development of construction hoist inland is not good as foreign countries, so the development of construction hoist with advanced control technology which is integrated by mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology.By optimizing and improving the existing models, a new construction hoist is designed in this task, which can elevate higher and has a good synthesis performance. The new construction hoist uses steel wires, rating lifting weight is 1 ton, and lifting height is 200 m, which is more suitable for construction work in the aspect of synthesis performance.The design of the hydraulic construction hoist is based on the user's needs and synthesizing various factors, the task completes the overall program design as well as the design of hoisting mechanism. Based on the overall design scheme, finishing the design of hydraulic control system, the makeup and calculating of hydraulic executing components - hydraulic motor torque load, the volume and flux of the motor.Instituting the basic program of the hydraulic system and plot the drawing; Calculating and selecting hydraulic components - hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, the capacity of fuel tank and pipelines, checked the performance of the hydraulic system and so on.
