Complex condition means the assemble-calibrating condition with some special requests as the cleanness, narrow operational space, heavy assembled parts and high orientation accuracy etc. The assemble-calibrating way for assembled parts is various, the paper mainly research the correlative technology of the parts loading from the side of the system (side loading parts, SLP) for construction of some project, especially the problems about how to realize the installation, calibration and disassemble rapidly of the SLP, namely assemble-calibrating, this is a task with considerable scale and technological difficulty in the whole project, which is directly related to the construction of whole project.The project makes main research on the clean precision assemble-calibrating technology for the SLP in complex condition, introduced the virtual assemble-calibrating technology based three dimensional solid parts. From the virtual assemble-calibrating technology, it discussed some problems, such as the three-dimensional visualization of assemble-calibrating, the key of assemble-calibrating technology etc, and realized the clean precision assemble-calibrating technology for kinds of SLP in the SolidWorks three-dimensional virtual condition. It put forward the mainly key technology of the clean precision assemble-calibrating technology, including the flow of SLP assemble-calibrating technology, the position and orientation of SLP assemble-calibrating, the order of assemble-calibrating and transporting and the path planning, the SLP precision positioning and testing, the keeping SLP's cleanness in the whole process, the evaluation capacity of assemble-calibrating, etc. The thesis made deep analysis and research on all the key technology and put forward some related measures and methods.In accordance with the special assemble-calibrating methods, the assemble-calibrating condition and the boundary of assemble-calibrating for the SLP, combined with the overall idea of the assemble-calibrating for the SLP, the thesis proposed a set of scheme of side loading auxiliary assemble-calibrating system to achieve the clean precision assemble-calibrating technology. The side loading auxiliary assemble-calibrating system has two mainly capacity of realizing the spot cleaness precision assemble-calibrating and transporting via crossing regional. Finally, it took the real SLP as an illustration, analyzed the mainly capacity, the way of realizing and the flow of assemble-calibrating, proposed a set of strategy to realize the clean precision assemble-calibrating technology and achieve the design goals, that is, in the assigned time, it would finish the task of loading SLP into the supporting precise or dismounting it form the complex condition under the clean condition, and finally realize the standardized scientific and humanize of the super clean precise assemble-calibrating technology for the SLP in complex condition.
