Gas-liquid two-phase flow has its extensive existence in a variety of industries including petroleum, chemical, energy, etc, yet the measurement of flow rates are still a challenge in the world. The extracting and separating method (ESM) is a promising way among various methods, the stable relationship between the extracted stream and that of the multiphase flow to be measured is a crucial factor which determine whether or not the ESM will succeed. Swirled sampler along the circumference based on the flow rate measurement of gas-liquid two phase is designed in this dissertation.This structure has achieved some certain research findings at the present time. In this dissertation, I apply numerical simulation associated with the way of experiment on the basis of the previous researches, and I also study intensively on the swirled sampler along the circumference. The researches go as follows: Three-dimension numerical simulation of the sampler main elements'structure parameter, operation parameter and the structure parameter of the whole sampler was firstly performed with numerical simulation software and it was taken water as the medium. Through the numerical simulation, their influences to the flow field were attained. I further brought the two phase model after simulated the single phase flow field successfully, and then got the influences of structures and parameters of all the elements on the two phase flow field in the sampler. The flow field changes in the sampler under different circumstances of liquid/gas flow rate through inlet were also simulated, and thus made sure of the inner sampling aperture position.Conducting probe experimental facility was designed to measure the liquid film thickness. The reform effects to the flow field after the use of swirler and rectifier were studied through this facility. The normal working range of the swirler and rectifier was fixed.Sampling room can be unloaded after the improvement of swirled sampler along the circumference facility, and doing so make the experimental facility diversity. The precision of gas measurement was increased by the use of MT-LU. The characteristic and the factor of the liquid/gas distribution coefficient were: the liquid distribution coefficient depended on the number and size of the sampling holes, while the gas distribution coefficient depended on relevant resistance between the main circuit and the distribute circuit. In the experiment scale, the liquid distribution coefficient was not dependent on the fluctuation of main circuit's liquid/gas flow rate, and it can maintain invariableness. 8-dispature sampler's liquid distribution coefficient is 0.084, the measure average error of liquid flow rate was 2.5%, and the number is 3.5% to that of gas.
