Research On Some Issues In AVIDM System

AVIDM System(Airspace Vehicle Integration Design & Manufacture System)is an integrated design and manufacture system developed independently by China Aerospace Science and Technology Incorporation. Based on AVIDM system, shortcomings of AVIDM system in application are analyzed and main issues are studied in the paper. The study mainly covers how to coordinate multiple AVIDM systems, and AVIDM and other systems (ERP, CAPP systems, etc.).In the paper, the following are put forward: to put multiple systems into a virtual main system by means of SSO (Single Sign-on); to facilitate information interchange between each system using data transmission; and to further improve system performance by cluster functions and disk arrays.The paper starts from SSO program design, and then a single sign-on prototype is developed to prove the program's feasibility and make it specific. In the meanwhile, relevant database for the prototype and verification server, the sub-site design and attentions are given, which lay a good foundation for data interchange between AVIDM system and other application systems. Secondly, data transmission, share and distribution between multiple AVIDM systems are managed by establishing"AVIDM data center"mode, and system design, function design and deploying mode of the data center are explained. Lastly, how performance optimization of AVIDM system is realized by combination of WebLogic cluster functions and disk arrays, so as to further improve service performance and stability of AVIDM system.
