| Periodic structures are always used in the engineering, because of their specific shapes, it is difficult to find a optimal method to be used exactly. Topology optimization is one of the hottest methods in recent years, which can improve the materials distribution in the conceptual design, evolutionary structural optimization method(ESO method)is one of the main topology optimization method, the main research work has been done in the follow aspect:The a unified mathematical model has been established through research and analysis, the ESO method has been introduced at first, including Optimization Models, Sensitivity number, performance index , Numerical instability and the related examples. At last taking 2D plane, sandwich structure and wheel hub for example, it illustrates the application of ESO in the periodic structures and lists some conclusions:(1) In order to make the structure periodic, additional constraint has to be added to get a general method.(2) Through using ANSYS, a model used for finite element analysis has been established, and under the help of "of life and death" modules, the evolutionary structural optimization method has been realized, and a more suitable result has been got.(3) In the optimization of periodic structure, the mean compliance increases as the number of unit cells, because when the unit cells number increases, the constraints number also increases. So This will select particles so as to obtain the optimal value supple and materials consumption, an important guiding significance.(3)It will help select the appropriate number of unit cells to obtain the optimal mean compliance and the materials consumption, which will have 2 piece of papers which will have an important guiding significance. |
