With the development of modern control technology, computer technology and power electronic components, AC servo system which is an important drive part of numerical control machine and industrial robots etc, has been highly developed in developed countries and widely used in modern industrial production. Therefore, it is significant to study AC servo control system for our country.Firstly, PMSM vector control mathematical model is analysed in this paper, motor state variables decoupling control and system linear control are realized by using coordinate conversion theory of rest frame and synchronous rotating frame. On this basis, the control strategy of i d equal to zero and the maximum ratio of torque to current is studied.SVPWM technology is applied to AC servo control system discussed in this paper. The simulation of i d equal to zero control strategy and maximum ratio of torque to current control strategy is realized on Matlab/Simulink platform, with mathematical model of PMSM and maximum ratio of torque to current control algorithm. The simulation results prove the correctness of the system model and control algorithm is proved to be correct by simulation. The control system hardware and correlative software is designed based on TMS320F2810 DSP. the hardware include: Power unit, system control unit, system protecting circuit, current and revolving speed detector circuit. The software include: main program,Timer interrupt service subprogram,SVPWM subprogram, Regulator subprogram. Program flow diagram is also given. Finally, experimental research is carried out,and the result shows that the system control performance is basically realized. This has laid the foundation of further development of high-performance position servo system.
