Along with the people to further study and utilization of marine resources, UUV(Unmanned Underwater Vehicle) has been attached importance by the people. The buoyancy and volume regulating system of UUV must be controlled by related buoyancy regulating devices, which can not only change the buoyancy volume in accordance with different depth of sea water, but also transmit accurate buoyancy volume to UUV in real time to realize capabilities. This thesis is designed to introduce one of the buoyancy regulating devices, PMSM vector control system, including the operational principle, closed loop theory, control algorithm, hardware and software design and its observed characters.According to the system design of the buoyancy regulating mechanism and the actuator controller. By means of the coordinate transformation in different coordinate system, the three-phase control quantity is decoupled to the two current of the mathematical model of the shaft. The basic principle and the principle of vector control technology and control algorithm of space vector pulse width modulation is studied; and finally determines the maximum ratio of torque to current control, the control strategy based on weak magnetic control is added; and analyzes the design of frame control strategy implementation method and system; an important part of the motor parameters and initial rotor the measurement of angular position compensation;the application of incremental regulation and system; build the whole model basis,driving control system, the space vector pulse width modulation module and the drive control system of each sub module is simulated, and the simulation results are analyzed; the design thought of hardware system control core. All the circuit modules are designed, deduce, modify and perfect the development platform; software programming of the main control unit based on At last, the experiment platform and the test bench are built to test the entire drive control system, record and analyze the results of the experiment.PMSM vector control system can change the buoyancy volume and then ensures free navigation of UUV in different depth of sea water. It will obtain good economic efficiency in sea culture, exploitation of sea fishery, undersea tourism and theinvestigation on seabed mineral resources. All of this have referential and strategic significance for the development of navy submarine in China, providing engineering application value and theoretical guidance for large submersible vehicles.
