Consequently, research and develop of electronic switching power unit which is large capacity, fast and multi-functions will be the main content of research, there is high practical value.First of all, this dissertation reviewed the history of the development of switches, And indicates their advantages and disadvantages. expounded the basic working principle and the main circuit composition and means of implementation of Thyristor Switched Capacitor (TSC).Secondly, the advance advances the concept of power unit, And introduced its composition, functions and role, the research of the various components of the power unit is carried out in it. The content chiefly include the system voltage and current selection of thyristor model, designed the zero-crossing trigger module in accordance with the principle of analysis to TSC-free transition process, designed work instructions circuits and fault detection circuit on multi-function card Using compensation capacitor voltage waveform on the work, stringed temperature switch into the control signal and the cooling fan circuit accordance with the protection of the characteristics of the TSC, it played a protective role on the power unit play at high temperature.
