Cable termination in the cable line is concentration site of electric field stress, complexity and poor insulation, the accident-prone here. More of cable terminations are used under the bad industry and mining environment, in the end of the cable shielding, the concentration of the electric field lead to a sharp increase of the electric field strength at the end of shield, which is why cable terminations have high rate of failure. In order to ensure the safe operation of power systems, it suggests to manufacture the main cable termination with silicone rubber cold pyrocondensation materials to enable it adapt to the more effective use of environmental requirements upwards. This article completed the design of conductive / insulating composite stress cone; the design completed 75KV DC cable terminal stress cone dust silicone rubber injection mold; analyses the product by finite element method, optimized the design of product; established computer model of parts' molding defects, and carries on the ANSYS finite element analysis. By computer-aided design of cable termination molds, raises electric cable's productivity, the improvement quality, and adapted the domestic electric cable appendix product seriation, the standardized trend of development, and guarantees the cable termination to be able the effective adaptation different environment request.
