With the rapid development of application technology, its breadth and depth has impacted the development of science and technology in various fields. Computer assistant design had leap and fast development, such as simulation technology, which provided a quick and useful protection for the design,analysis and optimization of the railway freight car , especially for long-huge special freight wagons.This article is summing up the past rigid-flexible coupling modeling technology and experience, through the analysis of dynamic performance and system internal forces of T450 vehicles, using the template modeling techniques, establishing the 5 category template model, then assembling the whole-car model and doing simulation analysis of vehicle performance.Through large-scale rigid-flexible coupling system dynamic simulation technology in the analysis of the process of long-huge special freight wagons applications, put forward the binding and rigid equivalent pre-loaded approach based on the force analysis. In the construction of vehicle model, the secondary parts will be regarded as a rigid body, primary parts regarded as a flexible body. Carrying out flexible body force analysis, and divided the complex restriction into the main restriction and auxiliary restriction. Constraint-freedom degree is determined by the major restriction completely, and the auxiliary restriction used the mode-force to establish the internal-force restriction. Through the simulation as the straight lines and curves, including working conditions through special small curve radius and empty return, we have analysed the heart plate at all levels and side-bearing dynamic load, as well as the effect of the side-bearing force to the wheel-rail dynamic effects, especially for the side-bear girder lateral stability and forces of the drawing staff. Then we put forward the countermeasure in order to improve the lateral stability of the side-bear girder to ensure the security of the vehicle performance.Through the data contrast, we found that the simulation and test instance were inosculated basically, which showed that the large rigid-flexible coupling system dynamic simulation technology had high accuracy and could preferably reflect the true course of trial. The dynamics performance simulation analysis of the long-huge special freight wagons had provided a favorable theoretical support for the design,research and development for the company and shortened the design cycle, and avoided the risk in the manufacturing and using process, and provided a powerful protection for the development of the enterprise.
