The placing-in and taking-out of wagons is an important part for the railway cargo stations, the vehicle turnover rate and the train departure punctuality rate are closely related with the efficiency of placing-in and taking-out of wagons. Therefore, it is very important to research the placing-in and taking-out of wagons, not only contribute to improving the departure punctuality of the train, accelerating the turnover speed of the vehicle, shortening the goods dwell time at the station, but also has great significance for the completion of the transportation and production indicators.This paper takes optimization on placing-in and taking-out of wagons of railway special lines as the object of the research, combines existing related research results of placing-in and taking-out of problems, which has a deep research to the actinoid special line and branch special line of placing-in and taking-out of wagons problem separately. First of all, this paper discusses the background and significance of placing-in and taking-out of wagons of railway special lines, and summarizes the processes of placing-in and taking-out of wagons, introduces the basic principles and different processes models and categories of placing-in and taking-out of wagons, analyzes a variety of factors influencing the working wagon's residence time at station, meanwhile discusses several ways to shorten working wagon's residence time at station.Then, this paper mainly analyzes the actinoid special line placing-in and taking-out of wagons process, studies the determination of actinoid special line placing-in and taking-out of wagons problem sequence, establishes a mathematical model which take the minimum vehicle-kilometer of placing-in and taking-out of wagons as the target. In the process of solving the model, by comparison with the target value of optional placing-in and taking-out of wagons route, sums up a conclusion:give priority to choice the high efficiency of handing operation special line is beneficial to the choice of the best placing-in and taking-out of wagons route, and gives the algorithm design step of determining the optimal placing-in and taking-out of wagons sequence.Subsequently, this paper analyzes the characteristics of branch special line of placing-in and taking-out of wagons, constructs the graph theory model for the branch special line placing-in and taking-out of wagons problem, and attributes it to the TSP problems; And aims at placing-in and taking-out of wagons problem in variety patterns, establishes the mathematical model of the problem with three research objectives:the minimum locomotive running time, the minimum vehicle running time during the process of placing-in and taking-out of wagons, and the minimum handing operation time with each private line points' Designs a genetic algorithm for single delivery model, verifies the correctness of the me by introducing a numerical example, and obtains the placing-in and taking-out routes when the objects of each model is optimal.Finally, this paper analyzes the factors which has not yet considered and its shortcomings of the placing-in and taking-out of wagons problem research, and raises some questions about improving and further research, so that it can be improved in subsequent studies.
