In recent years, the application of steel structure in China has become increasingly widespread. Column-base, as a position of forming a connecting link in structure, is extremely important to its performance research. At present, the research in column-base connecting the upper part of the structure and the basis is not many. In our country, the research on embedded column-base is still in its early stages. The research results of shear connector in embedded column-bases also rare in China. This article will examine the performance of embedded column-base, in the hope that providing help in the design of steel embedded column-bases, because of very little relevant information, the subject is an exploration of the nature of the study, having important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, stud-connector is used. Through the research of seven samples with stud-connectors, we attempt to know the transmission mechanism in embedded column-bases and to know the impact of stud-connectors in transmission performance, and a test is devoted to study the bond performance between steel and concrete properties.Finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used on the specimen–to distort the force– deformation curve of the entire process- to carry on numerical simulation and experiment, the results are carried on the comparison with the experiment, the results are in good agreement. In order to more fully explore the various factors on the stud-connector force performance, this article identified 19 models of embedded column-base, Systematic analysis of various parameters on the impact of the performance of stud-connector in embedded column-bases are elaborated. Finally this paper, based on test results, suggest the design formula of the bearing capacity of stud-connectors in embedded column-bases and raise the partial and local bond stress-slip constitutive relationship between steel and concrete. According to finite element simulation and analysis of a series of results, advance the force performance of the stud-connectors under the influence of various factors.
