So the job which most of Chinese manufacturing enterprises want to do presently, to improve the quality through a strict quality management. To strengthen the quality management and to enhance the quality level, not only can reduce the quality losses and improve the process ability, but also create a excellent brand by superior quality of the products and expand the market share.This article will be from the point of view of an enterprise for Wu Turbine Blade Works, mainly design the system of Quality Information Management that adapt the actuality of enterprise through a detailed information and product characteristic of this enterprise. Since quality information is the core data in production quality management system, firstly typical quality information flow is depicted, then quality information integration is studied in theory. This paper mainly focus on the question that how to acquire,arrange and utilize the information related to basic data quality inspection, and quality supervisor,which produced by the implementing of IS09000 quality standard in enterprise. Since quality information been gathered in time, leaders of enterprise can all get the exact scene of product quality, take remedy measures or precautions and make correct decision for advance development .The system not only facilitates routine work of quality administrator,but also offer the interface for ERP.The article brings up the idea that base on quality bill of material of quality management theory,which design the coding about key parts of Blades quality bill of material at the spaces of Blade key working procedures,and manage quality problems brought in the manufacture processes of Blade.The system provides the base integrated by other systems.The system realizes simply the control chart of SPC in rigidity data of blade and knows intuitionistic the stand or fall of blade.Based on analysing and summing-up in detail about the flow of quality information,the system realizes management and maintenance in the processes of Blade manufacture mainly about quality inspection data, settles the status reports are too many that enterprise is facing, provides sustainment for implementing total quality management.
