The effective control of the procedure quality is one of the significant factors which are ensuring the enterprise produces high quality products constantly.The new method and new technology wave make great changes in the enterprises’ production scale and development strategy. The demands of variety, high performance, low-cost, short cycle in the researching of radar products, the imperfection of current quality control process and management, the single method of quality control in the manufacturing process, the incomplete management of quality data and information collection and the low qualification ratio at the early stage of design are the problems which the enterprise must face to. In this situation, the enterprise should study the quality control technology, method and flow in the radar mass production as soon as possible.Focusing on the production of Plate Slotted-array Antenna, this paper has analyzed the processing in QFD method, configured the key factors by quality assurance activities. It has studied and analyzed the control of key procedure in both sides of formulating quality plan and statistical process control (SPC) and presented a effective scheme which can be applied in the radar mass production for the quality control of enterprise. The result shows that the qualified rate has increased which is illustrated by a example of the radiant panel part.At last, this paper shows the application situation of the informationization construction in enterprises. The quality management information system makes the all activities of designing, manufacting, quality improving form an entirety, provides an effective tool for the constant improving of quality and ensure the running of quality management system.
