Peace development and cooperation are the artery of this society, but international terrorism has intimidated the world severity. And the potentially war is also exist. And many structure and component of construction also suffer the explosive and impact load in industry product and daily life of people sometimes. Therefore the research of the principle analysis and safe design and guards against technique of construction and the component has important meaning. For this problem, many country and many people has studied more, but there has not form an integrity system.Based on the problems of the structure under the explosive and impact load, this paper analyzed the dynamic response for simply supported circular plate by the theoretical theory and numerical method. First, using the plasticity of dynamics mechanics and the unified strength theory, considered the affects together of bending moment and membrane force on elasticity foundation, analyzed the dynamic response for simply supported circular plate. Discussed the plasticity limit load for simply supported circular plate under the bending moment single affected. Using the simplified triangle load, deduced the distributing of the bending moment, acceleration, velocity and the displacement for simply supported circular plate. By the concrete material for example, analyzed the plasticity limit load and displacement response for concrete simply supported circular plate.Then, this paper analyzed the dynamic response for reinforced concrete simply supported circular plate by the explicit dynamic analysis module LS-DYNA of the large finite element software ANSYS9.0, using the solid 164 element type, the 96 material models, the simplified exponential load. The numerical answer compared the theoretical answer, and discussed the dynamic response for reinforced concrete simply supported circular plate in different scaled distance. Analyzed the plastic strain and the displacement response at different scaled distance, obtained the safe scaled distance for reinforced concrete simply supported circular plate under explosive and impact load.
