This paper mainly studies arithmetics and precision of central peg correspondent to arbitrary point in traffic line ,and intersection point of straight line and traffic line .The main works and contributions are summarized as follows :1. Central peg correspondent to arbitrary point in traffic line,and intersection point of straight line and traffic line are analyzed based on the actuality .It is necessary to construct rounded function to coach practice and analyze precision.2.Existing function models about central peg correspondent to arbitrary point in traffic line are mended .The models are mended in theory based on considering special cases,in practice based on numerical theory.3. Existing function models about intersection point of straight line and traffic line are mended. Commonly ,it can solve not only single intersection point but also double intersection points. But it is possible no utility in especial cases.4.Based on condition extremum ,the model of computing central peg correspondent to arbitrary point in traffic line is advanced . Based on Newton's iterative method ,the model of computing intersection point of straight line and traffic line is also advanced .These models possess more wider adaptability in practice .5. Based on error transmit law ,the precision of central peg correspondent to arbitrary point in traffic line ,and intersection point of straight line and traffic line ,are first deduced .It is necessary to believe the central pegs and intersection points.
