The existing state of the recycled concrete and its effects on environment are overviewed in this paper, and a subject named Test research on the road cement concrete recycling is put forward. The author in this paper discusses the technical feasibility and economic viability of the road cement concrete recycling, and thinks that concrete recycling is a subject with good economical efficiency and rather large developing potentiality based on its benefit-cost analysis.The characteristics of the recycled aggregate and concrete as well as the influencing factors of fresh concrete, are studied in this paper. Compared with the natural aggregate, the recycled aggregate is a kind of material with higher water ratio, faster water absorption and lower crush value. Compared with the general concrete, the recycled concrete is a kind of material with better cohesion and water retention, worse liquidity, lower compression strength and the same abradability.Based on the analysis of primary material's preparation method and the recycle concrete mixture ratio design method, the regenerative facilities and technology are discussed. By means of experimental study, the road-using performance of the recycled aggregate, the performance of fresh recycled concrete and the performance of hardened recycled concrete are tested, and the test results indicated that most indexes of the recycled aggregate are acceptable for road using, but the water absorption is little bit large, and the fresh recycled concrete and hardened recycled concrete are both satisfactory.
