With the development of our national economy, many major cities are being construct or about to construct Subway. Because by the subway tunnel construction project management environment and the uniqueness or various uncertainties, the metro project is bound to the existence of deviated from the expected target of opportunity and the possibility, that there is a risk, prior to the implementation of metro projects should be fully and science to predict the possible risks ,to carry out effective risk analysis and assessment. Subway tunnel project should set up early warning of risk management in the construction process of risk control, and formulate corresponding measures to the risk of disposal, the overall planning of Xi'an metro lines have been successfully completed, Xi'an Metro Line 2 has started in 2006, Line 1 Jinhua Road Station test section was started in October 2008, Xi'an subway construction was faced with a lot of potential risks, and very from different other cities. Lines inevitably need to cross the ground fissures, collapsible loess sites, the ancient city walls and buildings for several times. At the same time, subway construction has a huge investment in itself, and involved factors in a wide range, its process is very complicated, it is essential to the evaluate the risk during the construction period. The thesis will analyze the reasons of the accident may occur in construction process of Xi'an Subway Tunnel. Through Large amounts of data collection and use of AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to assess and compose subway Line No. 1 Xi'an Banpo to Textile City subway construction analysis model, analyze the risk probability of the incident and the basic importance of the case, calculate the risk factor level in construction accident and proposed risk control measures. Subway tunnel project in accordance with its own characteristics, in this paper, analytic hierarchy process combine with finite element analysis method in the construction process of risk identification, on the basis of risk analysis about subway tunnel,also deal with risk control and management,Through risk research of subway tunnel in this paper, hope to strengthen the prediction of risk factors in subway construction, prevention and control, reduce the incidence of risks to reduce losses, reduce costs, and improve revenue purposes.
