The thesis studied the background of the ChangJiang tunnel of DongGanZui in LuZhou during construction of the risk analysis and evaluation carried out a preliminary study.Papers by the basic theory of risk management set out and discuss the occurrence of cross-sea-river tunnel mechanism, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative cross-river tunnel construction risk analysis and evaluation model, the ChangJiang tunnel of DongGanZui on the buildings under construction of the tunnel risk analysis and evaluation. The main contents include the following aspects:1. Based on the drill and blast method-river tunnel construction features, detailed analysis of the various construction sequence,establish construction risk assessment index system using the Analytie Hierarchy Progress method(AHP), and confirm relative index weight of each level with 1-9 seales method.2. Based on the risk of cross-river tunnel construction of the fuzziness measure the characteristics of expertise-based fuzzy estimation, by the basic probability of occurrence of risk factors, and grading the extent of losses to determine the probability of the underlying risk factors and loss of membership degree of membership.Base on R=PxC Model, which considers the collective effete of risk factor occurrence Probability and loss serious degree, ascertain the risk level range, accordingly get the risk level of each essential factor。Utilizing fuzzy synthetic evalution method, get the risk level of each index and holistic risk.3. According to the geological condition of the ChangJiang tunnel of DongGanZui and the above-mentioned risk analysis and evaluation model of Building ChangJiang tunnel of DongGanZui risk analysis and evaluation to determine the risk factors of various construction, the construction phase and project the overall risk rating.
