As the character changes, the constructed acceleration curve was take into the simulate occupant system and see the injury of the dummy, The result indicate that the injury criteria of dummy will not be sensitive to the peak of acceleration curve when the it is under some range.Though several key points to express the acceleration curve of vehicle collision, and a 3 mass model to model the relationship of the vehicle, occupant chest, and occupant head. In this case we can get the formula expression of acceleration curve by specifically points to the occupant both chest and head. This will give a new method to analysis the influence of the acceleration curve of occupant during vehicle collision.
