Chassis of wheel anchoring drill vehicle (referred as chassis in after part) is one of the special chassis.In the field of design and manufacture of the special chassis, there is a wide gap between domestic and foreign products, but now in our country, many manufacturers of heavy vehicle and special chassis are engaged in the design and manufacture of the special chassis.In order to guarantee the high performance of the special chassis, the basis of design and manufacture is the special function,working circumstance and easy to collocate the accessory of the drill vehicle.Due to that the drill vehicle is mainly working in the new subway, the road is bumpy, the driving and working condition is wicked. We take some measures during the process of design to achieve the long working life-span and running smoothly and steady, the material of the chassis is 16Mn armor plate and some profiled bar, using the dowel to join the two parts of the chassis together and revolving bearing and joint bearing, adopting the fortified board to reinforce the weak.On the basis of finish the selection of the parts and the design of the structure ,this article do some performance analysis and research of the whole chassis and the key part by using the three-dimensional model simulation to deal with the broken of the part that made by the poor working and driving condition. This paper adopt the finite element ideology, got analysis data and stress distribution graph after finish the modeling, loading, meshing and solution of entity. In the end, it achieve giving some advices for the optimizing and bettering by dealing with the result.
