Drill jumbo is the core equipment integrating electromechanical and hydraulic in the special equipment for tunnel construction.It is mainly used for rock drilling and blasting operations,and is also used in engineering construction fields such as mining and underground operations.It has the characteristics of convenient digging,accurate positioning and high efficiency.The drill boom is the core component of the rock drilling rig.The operation function of the rock drilling rig is basically realized by the drill boom.During the construction operation,the drill boom becomes the direct bearer of its external complex loads.The drill boom is exposed to various external loads.The dynamic performance and structural strength changes under the impact will directly affect the overall performance of the drilling rig.Therefore,by analyzing the overall performance of the drill boom,it is possible to understand the characteristics of the drill boom under dynamic impact,verify the safety and reliability of the drill boom,and predict the structural risk area in advance,so as to provide an optimization and improvement reference for the next generation of product updates.At the same time,under the premise of ensuring the safety and strength of the drill boom,exploring and studying the structural optimization space and economic performance of the drill boom can also reduce costs for enterprises and R&D,save resources,and give full play to the performance of the drill boom.At present,there are few studies on the performance analysis and optimization of the drill boom of rock drilling rigs in China,and it is not comprehensive enough.This paper mainly aims at the deficiencies in the research and analysis of the drill arm of the drilling rig today,such as the impact rock breaking process of the drill bit,the acquisition of the dynamic load of the rock drilling reaction force,the dynamic characteristics of the drill arm under the dynamic impact load,the fatigue life of the drill arm,the drill arm Simulation research and analysis are carried out in terms of structural optimization and improvement.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1.First,combine Creo and HyperMesh software to establish a finite element model of the impact rock of the drill bit,use LS-DYNA software to simulate the rock drilling process of the drill bit,and analyze the dynamic process of impact rock drilling according to the visual simulation results and the output performance parameter change curve,and based on different parameter combination schemes,the influence of different parameter combination changes on impact rock breaking efficiency is discussed.The calculated rock drilling reaction load data can be used as the input load for the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the drill boom.2.Secondly,combine Creo and HyperMesh software to establish the basic finite element model of the drill boom,conduct modal analysis and transient response analysis of the drill boom under two different extreme working conditions,and obtain the natural frequency and mode shape of the drill boom as well as the two The dynamic stress time history curve and the stress distribution cloud map under the working conditions are used to find out the high stress area of the drill boom structure,and the regional structural strength and safety of the drill boom are evaluated.According to the displacement response curve of the key node,the drill boom is analyzed and discussed.Vibration characteristics and stability under shock load;assess the stability of drill pipe according to the displacement response curve of the end node of the drill pipe.The experimental data obtained through the real vehicle test were compared with the transient response simulation data to verify the reliability of the drill boom numerical simulation and performance analysis results.In addition,the transient response analysis results also provide load spectrum data and calculation input models for subsequent fatigue analysis calculations.3.Thirdly,based on the transient response analysis results of the drill boom,the S-N curve of the main structural material of the drill boom is defined in the nCode software.Based on the Palmgren-Miner rule,the S-N analysis engine is used to analyze and calculate the overall fatigue of the drill boom under the two working conditions.Life cloud map and fatigue sensitive node data,local fatigue vulnerable areas are observed,and the minimum fatigue life is obtained,and then the service life of the drill boom is obtained by conversion.The obtained fatigue vulnerable area information also provides targeted theoretical data for the optimization and improvement of the drill boom.and basis.4.Finally,the structural static strength analysis is carried out on the two extreme working conditions of the drill boom,and the static strength of the drill boom and the displacement and deformation of the drill boom are checked;based on the static strength structural analysis,the sensitivity analysis of the plate thickness of the drill boom is carried out,and the extraction is carried out according to the sensitivity analysis results.Optimize the design variables,under the optimization goal of minimizing the mass,constrain its displacement and stress response,submit OptiStruct for optimization calculation,comprehensively analyze the strength,fatigue,dynamic performance,optimization results and actual process requirements of the drill boom.The structural parameters were modified and reconstructed,and finally the static and dynamic strength and fatigue life of the optimized drill boom were verified and analyzed,which ensured that the optimized drill boom was both economical and safe.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and optimize the drill boom of the rock drilling rig based on numerical simulation.It provides a complete set of simulation program flow for drill boom performance analysis and optimization,including the numerical simulation program for obtaining high-frequency impact dynamic load,checking drill A virtual-real integrated solution for the analysis of boom strength and dynamic characteristics of the drill boom,and a multi-objective response optimization and improvement solution that combines economy and safety,providing
