A new path is broken by the multiple species and batch manufacturing ,a new production mode, for enterprises in providing various products for customers rapidly and continually without sacrificing economic benefits. But how to maintain the stability and continuous improvement of product quality in this production mode becomes one of the serious problems for manufacturing enterprises. Given the insufficiency of the researches on the quality control of multiple species and batch manufacturing, thoroughly discussion is systematized in this dissertation for the problems related to quality control in this new production mode , in order to improve the product quality and competitiveness in international market of the cotton spinning enterprises in China . So the basic framework of research on quality control of the multiple species and batch manufacturing is constructed, and the quality control for production process in this new production mode is emphatically studied.Firstly, the solution to quality control is compared with each other in traditional mode. Based on uncertainty of data information in the quality control of multiple species and batch manufacturing, the paper brought out a quality control system on the basis of SPC.Secondly, the concept and principle of Statistical Process Control is introduced, the calculation formula and evaluation criterion of Process Capability Indices is presented , and the calculation method of control range ,definition of abnormal mode and judgement standard of control chart in different kinds of control chart is described.Thirdly, the basic mode of quality control and the overall design proposal of system of multiple species and batch manufacturing is put forward. The framework of system is presented in aspects of structure design and database design.In addition,the design detail of SPC quality control sofeware , including execute solution of SPC and structure design of database is described, and the mathematical modeling of abnormal mode of SPC control chart is accomplished. The network model of abnormal mode recognition comprised by BP network is constructed and the parameters of this network model are determined.Finally, the cases of quality control of multiple species and batch manufacturing is presented , and the subsequent research is prospected.
