The 21th century will be a century of quality. Quality has became the subject of the new century. With the rapid development of computer technology, a new computer aided quality management model which based on customer-centered-and respond quickly to the market is a tendency for modern enterprises. In the face of the global market droved by customers'demand, the enterprise who wants to achieve success, seize the market with the products that satisfied customers, must establish a quality management model to fit with the sustainable development of enterprises. Process quality control is a basic method of quality management and the process quality control based on statistical quality control is the most basic tache in quality management and control of products of manufacturing industry.This thesis carries out the research on process quality control, aims at improving process quality controlling ability of the enterprise, perfecting quality management of the enterprise, helping the enterprise to adapt to the heated market competition. Combining the mode of multiple species and small batch production, this thesis propose the solution of developing the process quality control system based on web, which to support the dynamical process quality control methods for multiple species and small batch production, and do the extensive and intensive research on the theory and application of that solution.The main research works in this paper as follows:(1) Discussing the relation between the application of web technology and process quality control based on the research of the theory of process quality control. After analyzing the existing methods of process quality control, proposing the dynamical process quality control methods for multiple species and small batch production.(2) Proposing the structure model of the process quality control system based on web; describing the definition and relation of every part; accomplishing the dynamical process quality control. (3) Based on using methods of SPC control chart,process capability and group technology (GT), the model of process quality analyze for multiple species and small batch production is established. Proposing the methods of process quality analyze by converting the data to draw the control chart, which solve the problem of the shortage of producing data in applying the SPC control chart for multiple species and small batch production.(4) Process quality diagnosis and adjustment model is established based on the research of the theory of artificial neural network(ANN),quality control chart pattern recognition by BP network and MATLAB networked. The result of simulations diagnosis shows that the genetic algorithm used in this thesis is feasible and effective.(5) Establishing the model of the study of process quality prevention,the management of quality control point,the management of raw material inspection,the treatment of defects. It satisfies the requirements of propagandizing the importance of process quality prevention,the detection of critical control point,inspecting the input material,managing and sharing the general data. Finished the work of the process quality prevention and adjustment.(6) Taking SQLServer 2000 as database, Jakarta Tomcat as Web Server, based on the producing situation of "NHI Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co.,Ltd". This thesis developed "Process Quality Control System Based on WEB". It is proved that the method can provide efficacious decision support for the process quality control with the actual item of "BBD coal milling" simulation.
