The infrared probe for small field is the important component of the earth simulator calibration system for flare angle, and its field must influence the calibration precision of earth angle. The test system for the compound field of infrared probe is the test of a field of infrared probe calibration system, using infrared detection technique and optical modulation technique and combining the collimator and two-axis turntable together for its field. This paper discusses the testing system, main part of the optical system test system is studied, designed a off-axis aspheric reflecting collimator, the focal length f = 800 mm, effective diameter D = 160 mm ,working band 14~16μm , parallel light angle≤6′, collimation precision 30″. The Off-axis Parabolic Reflective collimator has same characteristics are that energy transmission is huge, no chromatic-aberration, no center block. It is made up of off-axis parabolic mirror and reflecting mirror. Then it analyses the image quality.Based on off-axis parabolic mirror and reflecting mirror, installation and commissioning of the method is also discussed , and uses the blade shadowing method to determine focal place, In addition, using pentaprisms method to detect the collimation precision, and the influence of various factors alignment accuracy was analyzed . Then discusses the parallel light detection methods, the maximum Angle inaccuracy for parallel light Angle is 6. 65″. Through theoretical analysis and verified by the design of collimator system of technical requirements.
