Simulated system of reliability of infrared stress mainly be applied in the fire control equipment of heavy weapons, it is a part of the reliability testing of fire control system,it provides a target for the reliability testing.In this paper two off-axis aspheric surface reflecting collimate syetems(off-axis parabolic system and off-axis R-C system) have been designed and been optimized withZEMAX. The caliber is 160mm, focal length is 960mm and the field range is 0.6°×0.6°.Compared the two system comprehensively, the off-axis parabolic system is chosen as the real simulated system.The aspheric surface is used as a part of the off-axis parabolic system, This paper introduces the aspheric surface processing methods and computes the grinding quantity. Paper also expatiates the adjusting and testing to the optical system simply.
