| At present, the infrared sight is in the promotion stage of the first generation in our country, its correction methods still mainly rely on live ammunition firing. This approach is not only cumbersome, time-consuming but also affected subject to large environmental factors, which seriously affects the fast combat capability of troops.Based on the study of multi-axis parallel detection technology, several common collimation systems are compared, and Newton reflection coaxial optical system was chosen as the theoretical basis for the design of a dedicated infrared sight zero correction system in the paper. This system provided infinity infrared reference target through designing mechanical axis, radiation lighting devices and collimation system.Secondly, this paper conducted a detailed analysis and research on the optical, electrical and structural parts of the correction system, it completed the design and selection of the components. In the case of technical indicators determined, it carried on in-depth study for the light path of all reflective optical system. Due to the consistency of different bands and using special technology tools, the paper designed to both white and shimmer sight zero calibration system;through analyzing required wavelength range emitted of infrared window, and contrasting transmittance curves of various infrared materials, ZnSe crystal materials selected could ensure the large transmission of infrared and visible light; several common ways to obtain an infrared light source were compared, for the first time PTC ceramic material was chosen to provide the temperature difference between the target and the background, it used positive temperature coefficient characteristics of the material in the vicinity of the Curie point to achieve the target temperature constant.At last, this paper studied zero correction method and the principle for the correction system, and did the experiments of the zero calibration, completed error analysis, performance test and force identification experiment. Experiments showed that the calibration system could achieve0.5mil correction precision, it was a kind of portable photoelectric detection instrument all-weather uses in a variety of caliber gun family. |
