| The parallelism of optical axis with wide distance could be tested by small aperture collimator through design of multi-spectral aperture-expanded collimating system. The datum is very important in alignment and testing process. What is the datum, how to choose it, and how to keep it repeatability are key factors for assemble alignment and application in multi-spectral aperture-expanded collimating system. The datum will decide the precision, performance and operating ability of the whole system.The design datum, assemble datum, testing datum and calibration datum of multi-spectral aperture-expanded collimating system are studied in detail. Firstly, the chosen and acquirement of datum are analyzed .Compared the proposal of the datum through theoretical and precision calculation. The feasible and reliable structure of testing system and calibrating system are built based on choose of datum, secondly, the alignment, testing and instrument precision of multi-spectral aperture-expanded collimating system was analyzed in the paper.After analysis and calculation, the testing performance and precision of the studied multi-spectral aperture-expanded collimating system could meet the design requirement demands perfectly. It provides enough technology space for upgrade of system through study of this paper. |
