Based on the autocollimator measuring principle, we designed a kind of dynamic high-precisional two-dimensional photoelectric self-collimation measurement system using a new type of two-dimensional positive sensitive detector(PSD) as photoelectric detector.In the optical system,high-performance LED light-emitting tube array adopted as the light source and at the same time,we use catadioptric system to shortening optical path and reducing the size of equipment. In order to improve the system accuracy and resolution, we chose a two-dimensional position sensitive detector PSD as a receiver, and use the neural network BP algorithm to correct the non-linear. In addition,more advanced technology is used in hardware and software. Using programmable logic devices FPGA to realize the logic control of peripheral interface circuits. Moreover, program with C language programming. And finally achieve the human-computer interaction measuringThe system uses a return-type optical path to reduce equipment size, and the use of neural network based on the PSD for the non-linear correction. When the distance is 10m, it can achieve the measurement range±4′, full-range measurement error of less than 0.1″, measurement resolution of less than 0.01″and other technical indicators.
