| High-performance missile is the key to carry out a task in the modern warfare.Infrared optical system is the eye of the whole IR seeker,which focuses radiation from target to the IR detector to form an IR image,and has independent capability in target recognition and tracking.Therefore,the imaging quality of optical system plays a vital important role in the seeker.The dissertation analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of reflective system and refraction system.Afterwards,a new system was designed combining the advantages of the reflective system and the refraction system.In the design,the metal aspheric mirrors are adopted for the primary and secondary mirrors in the system,and the IR transmission material is used for the rear set of lenses.The optical system chooses re-imaging optics configuration and passive athermal technology.It can obtain the cold shield efficiency of 100%.At the same time,the process improvement is carried out in the key assembly process.The image quality of the system almost reaches diffractive limit. |
