| The conventional hydraulic motor gets one rotor corresponding to one stator, without changing the input pressure and input flow we can get only one pair of output torque and output rotational speed. In order to achieve different output torque and rotational speed, we must adjust the input pressure and input flow, but this will result in lower system efficiency. To solve this problem we develop a new kind of slider-type double-stator motor, it gets one rotor corresponding to two stator, without changing the input pressure and input flow we can achieve many pairs of output torque and output rotational speed through changing inlet and outlet connection mode.In this paper we first briefly analyze several typical structures of conventional hydraulic motor and kinds of special-structure motor, based on this we analyze kinematics, dynamics of slider-type double-stator motor, and In-depth analyzed the impact of leakage on the volumetric efficiency, at last through prototype experiment proves the principle of slider-type double-stator motor.Main research contents and methods of this paper:(1)We analyze the working principle of both single-acting and double-acting slider-type double-stator motor, describes the structural features and movement characteristics, and introduce many connection methods of this motor's inlet and outlet, particularly create the concept of a new type of connection mode- Differential Connection.(2)Kinematics analysis: Based on Theoretical Mechanics we get the track, velocity, acceleration of the slider.(3)Dynamics analysis: According to Theoretical Mechanics and Hydrodynamics, we analyze the liquid pressure, friction, solid pressure and inertia force, and get the expressions of them.(4)Leakage analysis of the double-acting slider-type double-stator motor: We analyze the four kinds of leakage channels of the motor and get the expressions of them, and simulate the total leakage, volumetric efficiency of the motor in MATLAB environment.(5)Prototype design and experiment: Determine the parameters of both the single-acting and double-acting slider-type double-stator motor, produce the single-acting slider-type double-stator motor and conduct an experiment proving the principle of slider-type double-stator motor. |
