| Double-motor mutual-driving experimental platform with common common dc bus is used to test and measure inverter, inverter control system, AC traction motor in mass rail transit based on 1500VDC/750VDC, and the control strategies are aslo studied.. It has theoretical significance and practical value for the development of AC traction drive technology and the localization process of Metro Cars.Basing on the specialized work principle of AC motor traction test system and Bi-directional DC-DC converter, it proposes that Bi-directional DC-DC converter could be used in the test system. The small signal linear models are gived, applicable voltage decoupling vector control and average current control are deeply studied. The AC traction motor driver test system with Bi-drectional DC/DC link is simulated. The simulation results show that the system not only could work under the condition of constant load torque regulation or constant traction speed, but aslo could flexibly regulate DC bus voltage.Basing on the theoretical analysis and simulation research, the hardware and software of the test system are preliminary designed. The hardware circuit is made up of DSP control circuit, power circuit and control circuit of Bi-drectional DC/DC converter. Aslo, the DSP control circuit is made up of detection circuit and communication circuit. The software is consisted of host computer control software and DSP main control software, responsible for data communication, A/D sampling, vector control and the output of SVPWM modulation signals.Double-motor mutual-driving experimental platform with common common dc bus is put up, the systematic debugging is executed and the experimental waveforms are given.
