With the improving performance, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)has wide application future and use value in many fields. Therefore, studyingpermanent magnet synchronous motor and its controlling system can reach theoreticalpractical value.As a research object of controlling system of PMSM, firstly the mathematic modelof PMSM which is set up in the rotating coordinate system is analyzed and establishedin the paper. Then the theory of vector control, as well as the technique and theimplementation of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is detailed.Secondly, the paper also analyzes the design of the PID controller used in thePMSM control system, sets up its simplified control model and gives a simple tuningmethod of the parameters. The article will analyzes and explains the importance of thecurrent decoupling module because lots of previous studies for the PMSM vectorcontrol system is lack of this module.Finally, the simulated model of PMSM’s controlling system is established viasimulink. Some simulation results are obtained through plenty of simulationexperiments to verify the used control strategies feasibility in the real system. Becauseof some inherent deficiencies of traditional PID controller, this paper proposes acontrol method using neural network a in the permanent magnet synchronous motorcontrol system and designs and implements an improved single neuron PID controller.Experimental results show that the servo system using this controller has fast response,high robustness, and so on. |
