Ship electric propulsion is an advanced method of propulsion, has many incomparable advantages of the traditional method of propulsion, the electric propulsion technology research attracted great attention from domestic and foreign colleagues. Currently, we are still at the start stage to the ship electric propulsion technology's research, Further work in this regard, it will has the the vital practical significance to promotes our country ships electric propulsion system's fundamental research and the product development.Between the ships electric propulsion system each kind of equipment's data transmission and sharing are one of electric propulsion key technologies, this topic based on small laboratory-type marine electric propulsion pod control experimental platform from the Ministry of Transport's "Ship of advanced control technology",in view of the real-time data's communication problem, I designed and realized modulation data acquisition communicator based on the DSP, the prime task was as follows:1,The overall design of the data collection and communications device, uses TMS320F2812 as the core processors, designs has CAN the bus interface, the serial communication connection, the ethernet correspondence connection and so on general correspondence connection functional module,is responsible for the data processing and the operation, receives datas from the child nodes,pass through communication protocol conversion, make decisions, packaged and released to the PC via Ethernet; Simultaneous receives commands from the host computer, after the processor "translate",transmit by the CAN bus,sending to the appropriate sub-collection module, the monitoring data collected and sent to the designated host computer.2,The hardware and software design of the data collection and communications device, the design to meet CAN2.0B standard CAN communication interface, the bus between the input and output adds a matching resistor to improve bus anti-jamming capability, the data communication use the expansion frame form, carry on the plan to 29 identification codes; use of external address extension mode, complete to ethernet controller RTL8019AS read and write, through the isolation transformer draw out a standard 10M Ethernet interface, the isolation transformer can prevent damage to equipment, but also play play the anti-radar protection the role.3,Finally, use CAN-RS232 module and serial debugging assistant to carry on the test to the system, works fine.Carried on systematic union debugging in the laboratory, successful completion of data processing and realization of communication.
