Research On Marine Centrifugal Pump's State Monitoring And Analysis System On The Basis Of LabVIEW

Centrifugal pump's condition monitoring and analysis system is a comprehensive system built upon centrifugal pump's performance parameter and historical background. Real-time monitoring and analysis on the running state of marine centrifugal pump can be achieved by the system. Taking marine centrifugal pump as the research object, an in-depth research is made on centrifugal pump's signal acquisition, data storage and remote transmission on the basis of Virtual Instrument (â…¥), testing technologies, signal processing, DataSocket technology etc.Taking virtual instrument technology as development platform, the hardware design of monitoring and analysis system is implemented with the help of computer aided test technology. Lab VIEW programming software from American NI company is used to make the monitoring software proportion in this system. A lot of testing experiments have been conducted.Research on data acquisition end design and signal processing technology under the environment of virtual instrument technology is conducted in the thesis. Real-time data acquisition and storage of centrifugal pump's performance parameter such as lift, flow and shaft power etc. can be gotten by the system. Transient state waveform can be displayed as well. At the same time, analyses (time-domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, amplitude domain analysis etc.) of the characteristics of the acquired data may be given by the system.In the last part of the thesis the study of remote data transmission is carried out. Server program and server client program of remote data transmission are written with TCP/IP and DataSocket technology. The advantages and disadvantages of several transmission modes are compared and analyzed.
