As the critical electromechanical device, centrifugal pump plays important role in some industrial regions such as petroleum, chemical engineering, water supply and metallurgy, so effective running status monitoring for centrifugal pump is the precondition of safety and orderly execution of industrial production mentioned above. Traditional centrifugal pump monitoring system only can process physical signal with little-quantity data flow, its real-time performance is very bad, can not realize the remote on-line monitoring and control for the object device, and is hard to finish the data comparison analysis by relative data stored. Aiming at the problems above, this paper brought forward a kind of research scheme for remote on-line running status monitoring method oriented to centrifugal pump, and the main research contents were described in the following:Firstly, according to the investigation results of monitoring technologies for rotating electromechanical device, remote on-line monitoring technology of centrifugal pump and its developing trend were analyzed, the research destination and significance of the paper were ensured, and the frame structure of the paper and its relative research contents were represented.Secondly, in illusion to the fundamental function requisition of centrifugal pump remote on-line monitoring system, the structure design was finished by using the component principle. According to system function module partitioning and their data dependency relation, the system hardware and its control relation, software module context structure and its data interaction relation was described respectively.Thirdly, based on multi-channel real-time data collection technology, the data collecting system oriented to centrifugal pump remote on-line monitoring was developed; it would realize relative fundamental functions such as real-time data collection, preprocessing, storage and display. Combined corresponding digital signal processing algorithm, analysis and calculation of the data collected were finished.Fourthly, Using Socket network communication technology, network data transmission oriented to centrifugal pump remote on-line monitoring was realized, and the corresponding data transmission protocol and data access interfaces were described. Based on open data base connectivity (ODBC) technology, the monitoring data subject database was established, it would realize the historical data compassion analysis and off-line research. Fifthly, by relative research achievements of the paper, a centrifugal pump of one draw water station was looked upon the object monitored, and corresponding application instance system was designed and finished. Industrial field experiments proved that this system can monitor the object device effectively, and can realize network on-line real-time data transmission well.Sixthly, research work of the paper was summarized; some contents which need to be bettered and completed were prospected finally.
