This thesis introduces the constituent and the work-flow of the emulate 3-phase electric energy meter validation training facility, and elaborate the hardware and software of the equipment. Main contributions of the thesis are:(1) A 3phase electric energy meter emulate validation training facility is designed to improve the disadvantage of the existing facilities and the constituent and the workflow of this facility is introduced.(2) The hardware and the design process of the electric energy meter emulate validation training facility is elaborated. This facility is made up with two mainly parts:nucleus module and the functional module. The nucleus module which is made to MSYS is composed by S3C44B0, FLASH and SDRAM. The functional module which is used to simulate the coordinate function in the 3phase electric energy meter contains RS-485 communication circuits, infrared communication circuits, RF communication circuit, alarming circuits, LCD, keyboard circuit and analogue connection circuit.(3) There are five parts to form the software of this validation training facility: Validation module, analogue connection module, keyboard interface program, displaying control and communication module. To make sure the accuracy of the validation and the controllable of the error, the validation module is realized in the timer interruption. According to the command of the RF communication and the logical electrical level of the analogue connection interface, the analogue connection module judges whether the connection order is correct. The keyboard interface program analysis the message from the keyboard. The displaying and the alarming controls are realized in the main program, so as the displaying contents and the alarming can be renewed instantly. The RS-485 communication and the infrared communication are both finished by S3C44B0 asynchronous communication interruption, while the RF communication is finished by the SPI program through the write and read to the RF module. The 3-phase electric energy meter emulate facility that designed in this thesis can emulate different types of 3phase electric energy meters, debug on the upper monitor. Thus the facility can basically fit the design objective, and make it safer, quicker and reliable in training the electric power metrological members. |
