Abstract/Summary:
Electric energy meter is the most important accessory equipment in power system. In order to promote the construction of Smartgrid, the State Grid issued a series of smart electricity meter standards and standards, as the future of the bidding standards for the provincial power company. In accordance with the standards of single phase intelligent electric energy meter on functional and performance requirements, we screen measure chip from the function, performance and cost, finally we adopt the high-precision measurement chip ATT7053 BU of Ju Quan Co.Ltd, a new design of single phase intelligent electric meter. The paper introduces the main properties and functions of Smart electricity meter in detail. Single Chip Microcomputer is made to be the core and modular design is adopted in this paper scheme to design the fees control single-phase Smart electricity meter. The whole hardware system consists of power supply module, load control module, the infrared communication module, RS485 communication module, clock module, memory module, display module and measurement module. In the scheme reliability of modules is made to be a research focus, and the working principle of each module is analyzed, and after detailing theoretical calculation the selecting principle of key parameters of the module is given. Through analyzing the design ideas of software platform, the software of Smart electricity meter is divided into several independent functional modules. Each module develops independently, forms a unified format and standardized principle; Each module uses unified interface between modules, accesses and calls easily. The function of each module can be configured according to specific requirements, and the whole software design develops and maintains conveniently. In order to take into account the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and reduce the cost, the electric energy meter by using the design idea of power adjusting method table, and the design of testing software debug and test power, greatly improving the efficiency of testing, and build the foundation for the further development of the company.The practical test and operation indicates that the fees control single-phase Smart electricity meter in this paper has the advantages of stable work, reliable performance and accurate measurement. It reaches the established design requirements, and fully meets the market demands of domestic Smart electricity meter and has broad application prospects.
