Based On The Can Fieldbus Communications Protocol Information Of The Inverter Data Acquisition And Monitoring System

Inverter monitoring technology comprehensive the power electronics technology, computer and communications technology, the core of which is how to collect and process the messages and data of the inverter unit. In the paper, the DSP TMS320LF2407A which is usually used as the controller of the inverters with the characteristics of embedded CAN controller is used, research on and design the data communications, collection, transmission and treatment system of inverter power based on the CAN bus , achieve monitoring the operation of the power inverter module.This paper analyzed and discussed the basic requirements for monitoring of the power inverter, dissertated the basic principle of the communication style and characteristics of the bus, the control system of the field bus, the parameters and the of the CAN bus, as well as the frame in the process of data transmission. With the analysis of the system structure and principle of digital logic, designed a data collection and transmission system of single-phase inverter which based on the TMS320LF2407A, achieving the communications between the inverter modules, inverter and centralized control computer, which own a simple hardware structure, low cost, high reliability. The design which use the CAN transceiver SN65HVD232 interface, PC interface CAN bus adapter hardware and application-layer communications protocol software are completed. And with the use of Visual Basic software, a CAN-based communications software is designed, making a real-time display of the main state power inverter data or parameters.The 1 KW single-phase inverter prototype dual-machine communications, a single host computer and communications research of experiments is completed, achieved a reliable data transmission and a display of relevant information data through real-time PC monitoring software, The monitor interface is simple and intuitive.
