With the development of science and technology, a variety of new materials and new power elements have been developed. Before they become mature to put into the market, doing much experiment research, in conditions of close to the actual operation, is essential. These works are completed at load test bench table. In addition, with the development of society and people's living standard continue to improve, increasing energy consumption made the problem of energy saving become more important. That's why we have to design high-performance and energy-saving loading experiment table.This paper studied a new type of hydraulic servo load test bench which using secondary regulation technology. It's a new kind of hydraulic pressure coupling linked system: the loads are connected to the system in parallel and the loads don't interact with each other. The system has good static performance and the energy can be recycled. The system provides a new control strategy and structure. So, it's ideal to apply the secondary regulation hydraulic servo system on the load test bench.The secondary load test bench includs the rotational velocity control system and the torque control system. Due to the two parts connecting to a constant voltage network and joining together directly by the load and the pressure sensor, the system was influenced by the relationship strongly. Focusing on the secondary load test bench, the mathematical model was presented and simulated. Based on the mathematical model, the system is simulated in the frequency domain and the time domain, meanwhile the complicated relationship in the system was analyzed in detail. The system was decoupled basically by adding a decoupling network, and improved the system control precision.Finally, the decoupling algorithm is applied to the load test bench, after comparing the test, the decoupling effect is good, basically consistent with the simulation curves, receiving relevant conclusions. The decoupling control can improve the control performance of the load test bench and provide the theoretical basis for the further study.
