The reliability and the working performance of a vehicle mainly depend on its wheel axle. In order to improve these two characteristics, the new wheels and transmission bridges should be tested with special high dynamic-characteristic fixed test-bed. This kind of test-bed always depends on secondary regulation technique, which makes using the advantage of computer controlling to reclaim the energy and raise the efficiency of loading system.This paper aims at the loading system for vehicle's wheels and transmission bridges based on the secondary regulation, building up system diagram model and bond graph model for the characteristic analysis of loading system. Using model, analysis has been made for the system listed above and the influence law of hydraulic and mechanical coupling on dynamic performance of system.In order to restrain or eliminate the affection of the hydraulic and mechanical coupling, the paper puts forward three decoupling control methods : robust compensation decoupling control, decoupling control by means of decoupling elements and fuzzy decoupling control.The paper bonds graph theory, building up hydraulic pipeline sectionalized lumped parameter model and entire loading system bond graph model which considers the pipeline dynamic characteristic. Depending on the models, using the 20-Sim software, the paper simulates the affection of the fluid capacitance, fluid inductance, fluid resistance, pipeline length, inside diameter of pipeline, liquid stickiness and pressure pluctuation frequency on the loading system and found their influence law.
