| With the development of power electronic technology, a variety of electronic devices require stable AC power system. However, there are some deficiencies in AC power system, such as the lack of power, unscientific power grid and so on. All of these will result in serious problems to electrical equipments, such as unexpected damage, abnormal working and declined accuracy. Therefore, improving the quality of AC power supply has become a prerequisite to ensure normal operation.The traditional AC regulated power supply has some disadvantages, such as low efficiency, long reaction time, low precision and brush contact wear. In order to overcome these disadvantages, a non-contact AC regulated power supply, which uses automatic compensation and is designed based on MCU, is presented in this paper. The entire regulator system consists of hardware and software. The hardware part mainly includes the following circuit: main circuit, control circuit, voltage sampling circuit, zero-crossing detection circuit, over and lack voltage protection circuit, auxiliary power circuit, bi-directional thyristor trigger circuit, power factor detection circuit and single - chip-computer interface circuit. The main circuit uses AC chopper to realize voltage compensation, and the AC chopper circuit adopts the method of PWM to control. The feedback control network, which includes MCU and other elements, controls the compensation voltage and synchronization, so as to achieve stable output voltage and higher power factor.The software system is divided into different functional blocks, and it mainly consists of the control module, the detection and show module. The realization of function algorithm, flow chart and the specific functions of various parts are also given in this part. The control module chooses the mode of voltage compensation and adjusts the value of the compensation voltage. The detection module will detect the output voltage amplitude, the current amplitude, the power and the power factor of the AC regulator and display them on a LCD screen in real time.In this paper, the AC regulated power supply has the features of no contact, wide voltage controlled range, high voltage precision, fast dynamic response and high power factor and efficiency. Finally, we test the AC power supply and analyze the test results, and the results accord with the design requirements. The paper provides valuable reference to the design of non-contact AC regulated power supply. |
