Induction motor is the equipment of converting electrical energy to mechanical energy and is widely used in industry, agriculture, national defense and any other fields. The development of frequency conversion technology has played a huge role in promoting the energy-saving of induction motor, but the problems of light-load with inefficient remain. Therefore, the study of efficiency optimization of induction motor variable frequency speed regulation system has an important practical significance for energy conservation, the establishment of conservation-oriented enterprises and the development of circular economy.First, the induction motor dynamic mathematical model considering the iron loss is studied under the two-phase stationary coordinate system based on mathematical analysis, a mathematical expression that facilitate the modeling is derived and the simulation model considering the iron loss is constructed using the basic modules. The simulation results show that the simulation model considering iron loss is closer to the actual motor, the simulation results are better reflect the actual operation of the motor, it laies a foundation for the further study of the efficiency optimization control of the vector system.Then the induction motor and inverter loss characteristics are analyzed, the loss model of induction motor considering iron loss is established based on the equivalent circuit of induction motor, the loss model based on the minimum loss of control algorithm is derived, the relationship between the rotor flux and motor loss under the conditions of different torque and speed is studied. The simulation results show that this method is not only possessing fast dynamic response, but also can effectively reduce motor loss and improve motor efficiency with different degrees.The impact on parameter changes of the minimum loss of control has also studied, the research results indicate that the change would adversely affect the minimum loss of control, the rotor flux corresponding the minimum loss running will deviates from the optimal value.The maximum torque per ampere control of the efficiency optimization method of induction motor is studied. The method is implemented relatively simply, at a given torque, to keep the given value of the torque component of stator current weight for the given value of the exciting component, makes the stator current minimize under the same torque, so as to achieve the purpose of efficiency optimization control, the simulation shows that the method is also an effective efficiency optimization control method.Optimal control based on loss model and optimization method based on the maximum torque per ampere control are compared. Comparison shows that, for the same working conditions, the amplitude of the optimization control based on loss model is better than the maximum torque per ampere control, and the optimization range of the load of the former is greater than the latter.At the end of the paper, the directions and measuers to be improved and studied further are pointed out.
