With the rapid development of our national economy, the consumption of electric power is rises fleetly, and the resource of electric power is more and more short-supplied. Therefore, how to reduce the consumption of energy and keep high performance have become the hot spot that people researched.As is well known, induction motor plays an important role in modern industry, and is a kind of electric equipments which has the most power consumption. So the efficiency optimization of induction motor has become an effective way to reduce the consumption of electric power. With the development of semiconductor industry, especially the emergence of DSP, and the present of different accurate induction motor models and control strategy, the control of induction motor rapidly develop. All of those make it possible that a control system of induction motor become to reality, which has high accuracy, wide scope adjustment and efficiency.This article's purpose is to prompt the efficiency of induct motor. Based on the optimized model and algorithm, we can get the most perfect efficiency of induction motor. The mainly research of this article includes the following parts.Firstly, a simulation model for induction motor taking core loss into account by using the build-in modules of SIMUKINK based on induction motor mathematic model is introduced, which is prepare for the following simulation.Secondly, based on the analysis of the loss of induction motor in detail, the thesis further investigates the efficiency optimal problem of induction motor with vector control under partial load and stable state. The thesis has discussed the question deeply with Loss Minimization Controller based on model, Search controller based on golden sections and Hybrid Controller.Thirdly, the article summarizes the development of DSP and its application in the motor control domain. With the peripheral circuit, a vector control efficiency optimization system based on TMS320LF2407A is built. All details of the realization of the whole hardware electric circuit of system and parts of software are introduced in the article. With a large number of simulation experiments based on the efficiency optimization system, we get the simulation results. They show that Loss Minimization Controller based on model can reduce the motor loss widely and have good dynamic performance, but easy to influence by the fact that the parameters of the motor change; Though Search controller can overcome this shortcoming, but have low convergence speed; Hybrid Controller can not only shorten the convergence time, but also overcome the problem of parameters variation. Simulation results prove that Hybrid Controller is a kind of good control strategy of optimizes efficiency.Finally, the directions and measures to be improved and studied further are pointed out.
