The main function of the motor is to generate the driving torque and plays a fundamental role in national economy and people's livelihood. By using the rotor field oriented vector control technology,the speed performance of an asynchronous motor can be comparable to the DC motor's. As a kind of high energy consumption, the asynchronous motor accounts for about 80% of the energy consumption in practical application. There is a problem of low efficiency for asynchronous motor when it is lightly loaded, which resulted in serious resources waste. This paper focuses on the efficiency optimization of asynchronous motor.Firstly,by using the theory of coordinate transformation,the paper dose an analysis of the basic mathematical model of three-phase static coordinate system, two-phase static coordinate system and the rotating coordinate system.Based on the rotor field oriented vector control technology, the paper also designs a double closed loop system of speed regulating outer ring and current regulating inner loop. The system completely realizes decoupling control for the torque-producing and flux-producing and flux-producing current components,which aims at achieving the effect similar to DC motor speed control.In view of the asynchronous motor efficiency optimization strategy, according to the principle of efficiency optimization control of asynchronous motor, various losses of induction motors, fuzzy control technology, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of LMC and fuzzy SC, the paper focuses on analyzing and building the mathematical model and system structure diagram of LMC efficiency optimization control strategy based on loss model. The theoretical analysis shows that novel FLSC asynchronous motor efficiency optimization method has the advantages of both LMC and fuzzy SC. It can achieve effective saving energy consumption and reducing consumption, and is of high practical value.The simulation model mainly includes simulation model of the rotor flux orientation of three-phase asynchronous motor vector control and loss model of asynchronous motor, fuzzy online search SC efficiency optimization control, the efficiency seeking optimal controller of FLSC. First, it is verified that the simulation models of asynchronous motors considering iron loss is closer to actual motor. The simulation results show that the motor considering iron loss can fairly reflect the actual operation. And then, LMC, fuzzy SC and FLSC optimization control are cut in respectively, when the rotor is directed by the rotor field oriented vector control system under the condition of steady state light load and dynamic running test. Simulation and experimental study show that the novel FLSC efficiency optimization strategy can achieve the integration of fuzzy SC algorithm and LMC algorithm, with the advantages of fast convergence speed and strong robustness to parameter variation, and it is an efficient control strategy for asynchronous motor. It is a very promising asynchronous motor efficiency optimization control strategy.
