| With the requirement that electronic hydraulic servo system need to change from simulation control to digital control, this paper makes a basic research about electronic hydraulic servo system and some questions which happen in control process.This paper analysis dynamic and static character of the whole system after making a model and simulation about the privotal parts in electronic hydranlic servo system.Based on the modeling and analysis for system, this paper designs a digital PID controller, it is used to follow the different signals and the system performance is studied.Based on analysising the digital PID controller, this paper adds PC control for this designing. It creates a condition for electronic hydraulic servo system controlled by digital PID directly.Electronic hydraulic servo system is a nonlinear time varying system, if it is analysised as a linear system, there must be a bigger error. This paper uses system identification theory to make a model and ensure the result is right.After every parameter of PID controller is optimized and the system is equalized availably, the performance's exaltation of electronic hydraulic servo system comes true. |
