Study On Analysis Of The Causes Of Electric Power Industry Accident And Its Prevention Measures

As a substantial part of electric power industry,power supply enterprises play a substantial role in every aspects of social activities, especially its safet-y issues of production.As to the factors of equipment defector and human hu-man factor , worksite accidents in power supply enterprises occur from time to time, these accidents threaten the health and safety of the workers,it also af-fects the development of society and the steady of economy growth.The objective of the thesis is to analyze formation mechanism of accidents in power supply enterprise and to study the prevention measures as to prevent the emergence of accident-inducing elements and control the further developm-ent of them,then to upgrade its accident management level .On the background of the policy"safety first as well as prevention"being carried out ,the signif-icance of the thesis is obvious on sound growth of electric industry and social- development.Combining the latest the oretical achievement of safety science, unconscious theory, complexity science etc.,the thesis contains six parts:The first part introduces the background of this study,and its objective , significance , research contents and approaches . A review of the literature co-ncerning relevant theories and the study methods of the thesis is also included.The second part summarized the problems concerning safety production of power supply enterprise, that refers to the estabilished safety management sys-tem and methods, those conclusions of on-the-spot investigation provide a prac-tical basis for sequential studies.The main task of the third sector is to establish database of the risk fact-ors by a comprehensive risk identification of electric production ,which provid-es a date basis for sequential studies.In the following forth part,factors affecting accidents in power supply en-terprise is discussed,which make a special effort to study the representation a-nd psychological roots of human factors ,and then bring forward the applicatio-n of unconscious theory, to better human resources management. Then in the fifth part, theory in review of analysis of accident model provides guideline for the analysis of factors concerning safety production of power supply enterprise,and the functional resonance accident model is the latest development of the safety management theory.The contribution of the six part of the thesis pesents practical methods of the safety management of ChongQing Electric Power Corp,in which accident pevention measures for electric power equipment defector and human factor is elaborated, that is"san ji shi"and"si hua yi ti".
