Span continuous beam bridge system has the following advantages: good stiffness, small deformation, less joints, smooth and comfortable driving, simple maintenance, strong seismic capacity. So it is widely used in construction of high-speed railway. As the complexity of the bridge structure, construction of repeated system transformation, high difficulty in linear controlling, it brings difficulties to the construction of the bridge. Therefore, the study on construction controlling of span continuous beam bridge is necessary. It also has good practical significance.Based on Cangde large bridge in Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Rail engineering, the paper carried out the research on construction technology and construction monitoring. On account of the characteristics of Cangde large bridge, the article brought forward the construction plan of the continuous bridge. It designed suitable construction technology and discussed construction of Hanging Basket, temporary consolidation, zero block construction, closure section construction emphatically.The paper designed the construction monitoring program of this bridge. It applied least squares method of adaptive controlling method and parameter adjustment to construction control system of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. By establishing numerical model, the paper simulated and calculated the deformation in construction stage of continuous bridge. It also forecasted the beam elevation of next construction period accurately, which made the closure error, linear beam and stress conform design requirements. Measured stress in and after construction process is consistent with theoretical stress. It has stress reserve checking up with theoretical results that satisfies designing requirements. So it achieved the aim of monitoring. The consequence of construction monitoring shows that the shrinkage and creep of concrete have an effect on testing results.
